1.         PENDAHULUAN 1.1     Latar Belakang Di dalam menjalani kehidupan manusia akan terus mencari tahu tentang hakikat hidupnya dan seluruh materi yang ada disekelilingnya. Sumber Hukum (Dalil) Dalam Islam: Muttafaq 'Alay h dan Mukhtalaf Fiih Oleh : Agusmal Jika dalam penelitian yang menggunakan paradigma positivisme, sumber hukum (teori) diambil dari dalil aqli dengan cara melakukan penelitian dan percobaan yang sistematis maka dalam islam dalil yang digunakan tidak hanya dalil aqli saja tetapi juga dengan menggunakan dalil naqli yakni menggali teori dalil kalamullah . Dalil aqli dalam islam kadangkala digunakan untuk memahami makna dari dalil naqli. sebagai contohnya adalah penulisan ilmu tafsir yang sangat kental dengan kaidah-kaidah sastra dimana kaidah tersebut dapat dipahami dengan menggunakan dalil aqli. Dalil secara bahasa adalah yang menujukan terhadap sesuatu dan terkadang dimutlakan (dimaknai) dengan perkara yang di dalamnya terdapat dalalah (penunjukan)   dan irsyad (petunjuk).
